Nick Ruhlow
Born and raised in Playa Carrillo, just minutes from Samara, Nick Ruhlow has deep roots in the community he now proudly serves as agent and co-owner of Coldwell Banker Samara. After earning his degree in Business Management and Marketing in San Jose, Nick gained valuable experience in customer relations while working for Nike’s surf-focused brand, Hurley, in the International Sales department in California, before returning home to Costa Rica.
Since then, Nick has helped countless clients buy, sell, and develop properties throughout the Samara and Carrillo area. He has also been featured several times on House Hunters International, showcasing his local expertise to a global audience. Beyond real estate, Nick remains actively involved in local nonprofits such as Asociación CREAR, supporting education and community development.
